Great for families and excellent service! This hotel is perfect for families! They have comfortable and spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. the staff is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, ready to provide guests with everything they need to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. the breakfast buffet was delicious and they even provided cute cutleries for the kids. the hotel has a nice playground where the little ones can enjoy, and pets are allowed too. Not to mention the location, close to all the main attractions of the city.

Needs improvement in some areas Although this hotel has many great features, there is still room for improvement in some areas. the room can be a bit noisy due to some machine noises present at night, which can make it hard to have a peaceful sleep.

Celebrating New Year at the hotel was amazing! The front desk staff was very friendly and helped out with our inquiries in no time. The New Year dinner and breakfast buffets were really tasty and worth the price. The free parking facility was convenient. The heated pool and sauna were so relaxing after skiing in the mountains. The hotel was situated in a great location; easily accessible to local shops and the ski lift was nearby. The views from our room's balcony were breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the snowfall.

The room felt a little worn-out, and could have used a refurbishment. There was no air conditioning, which made the room a bit stuffy during the night - especially if temperatures were high.

In this city among the mountains, I found a gem of a hotel. It was impeccably clean, had great facilities for kids, and the breakfast spread was delicious.
